How to use the PLA Refill?

  1. Place the Refill coil onto one half of the MasterSpool without cutting the holding straps.
  2. Insert the filament tip through the spool holes.
  3. Assemble the other half of the spool and tighten it.
  4. Finally, cut the straps and start printing!

Tip: After printing, reinsert the filament tip into the spool holes to avoid tangles.

Does it include a spool?

No. The PLA Recycled Refill comes spool-less to reduce environmental impact. You must use a MasterSpool or print your own adapter.

Is it compatible with all 3D printers?

Yes, this 1.75 mm filament is compatible with any FDM printer: Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Artillery, and more.

What’s the difference compared to normal PLA?

Recycled PLA provides a more matte finish, higher flow, and better mechanical resistance than virgin PLA, while keeping the same ease of printing.

Is it safe for large prints?

Yes. This PLA has very low shrinkage, allowing large parts to be printed without warping.

How is Recycled PLA made?

It is produced from Smart Materials 3D’s own manufacturing waste, reprocessed into new filament that guarantees quality and sustainability.
