Smartfil Flexible is a polyurethane-based filament with high resistance to hydrolysis and oxidation. With a Shore A hardness of 93, it is compatible with most 3D printers on the market. On Bowden extrusion systems, ensure the extruder is capable of handling flexible materials efficiently.

MANUFACTURER'S USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:

This filament is hygroscopic. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.

1. Ensure continuous flow: Tune your slicer settings for consistent extrusion.
2. Optimal temperature: Print at 225 ºC (range: 220 – 230 ºC).
3. Low print speed: 20 – 30 mm/s recommended.
4. Layer height: ≥ 0.2 mm
5. Disable retraction: if clogs appear in Bowden setups.
