HOW TO PRINT RED FLEXIBLE TPU 93A IN YOUR 3D PRINTER:

TPU is more challenging than PLA, but manageable with the right setup:

• Direct drive extruders are recommended for better filament control
• Ensure consistent flow by fine-tuning extrusion and temperature
• Recommended nozzle temp: 220–230 ºC (start at 225 ºC)
• Bed temperature: 50–60 ºC with good surface adhesion (PEI, BuildTak, etc.)
• Slow print speed: 20–30 mm/s
• Disable or reduce retraction to avoid clogging in Bowden setups
• Use adhesive: Hairspray or adhesive spray helps bed adhesion
• Layer height: 0.2 mm for balanced detail and strength
• Use a hardened nozzle to prevent wear and ensure smooth extrusion
• Control fan speed: Turn off for first layers, then use 60–80%
